[Insight-developers] Please help me withBSplineDeformableTransformation

As far as I know this only selects the parameters which should be
bounded. I has nothing to do with selecting parameters for
optimization.

To have a switch for optimization would be very useful. Does anybody
have an idea? How complicated would a wrapper for
BSplineDeformableTransform be?
