[Insight-developers] ITK 2.6 Release: Delay : Copyright : BCP :Review Directory

Infrastructure for the "Review" directory has been added
to the CMakeLists.txt files.

In order to build these directories, you must go to the
"Advanced" options in CMake and enable


                  ITK_USE_REVIEW


This options is set to OFF by default.



One item open for discussion is that this directory is
currently included in the list of directories to be
installed.

It is arguable whether we should install the classes
that are in the middle of the review process, and that
may eventually be removed from the toolkit.

Any comments are welcome.
