[Insight-developers] ImageIOFactory::CreateImageIO crashed in DEBUG (ITK 2.6 VC7.1)

It is never recommended to mix different copies of the C runtime
library. ITK built for dbg and your code built for rel would end up
linking to different copies of the CRT.
