[Insight-developers] installation of examples

I think the CMake configuration should cause the examples that are built 
when BUILD_EXAMPLES is on, to be placed in a bin directory underneath 
the CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX rather than in the root of the build tree, or 
else to provide an option to install them underneath CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX.


  Is the intention that the build tree and the install tree must both be 
available, or is it intended that the install tree alone be enough to 
use ITK ?
