[Insight-developers] ITK build fail with explicit instantiation

Gaetan,

I have a solution for the ImageRegion::SliceDimension errors.  I'll try to
check in the fix before
the release (Monday).

Basically, if you explicitly instantiate an ImageRegion of dimension D, you
also need to explictly
instantiate ImageRegions for dimension D-1, D-2, D-3, ..., 1.
