[Insight-developers] nightly test submission seems to have stoppedworking

Kitware has changed its ip #. We at GE are having firewall issues with the new IP address, but I'm not sure why other folks would be having trouble.
 
Perhaps someone from Kitware can shed some light on the issue.

	I notice that most external test sites have no nightly submissions on
	the ITK dartboard since Monday.
	Any idea what the problem is ?
