Thanks a lot!

But when I tried to build the package, there was an error in line 37 

\ifx\pdfoutput\undefined\else\ifcase\pdfoutput

of InsightJournal.sty

the log file reads:

! Missing number, treated as zero.
<to be read again> 
                   \pdfoutput 
l.37 ...ut\undefined\else\ifcase\pdfoutput

but if I igore this message, I can still get the dvi file....
