[Insight-developers] increase the maximum size of an email

Hi Gaetan,

The Insight Journal (being a real scientific journal)
welcomes reports of negative results.


So, a paper describing a problem that you are having with
your image processing task *is a valid* submission to the
Insight Journal,... as long as you describe it in such
a way that the problem *can be reproduced*.


   If it can not be reproduced... then it doesn't exist!

   That is how we distinguish Science from superstition.


Note that you can make very short submissions to the Insight Journal.
Your paper may be a single page, a small .cxx + CMakeLists.txt file
and your images.


You have already posted nice papers to the Insight Journal,
(which we appreciate, BTW), so please feel free to use it also
as a more formal place for describing difficulties with the
processing.
