[Insight-developers] [GDCM] ITK Origin and coordinate system

At first review, I believe that, for itkOrientedImage,  GDCMImageIO is improperly transforming the Image Position Patient to obtain the itk Origin.

For itkImage, that resides in some canonical space, it may be OK to do the transformation.

I need to chew on this a bit. Jim Miller and I will put something in the Wiki in the near term to summarize and discuss this.
