[Insight-developers] VTK API Changes and InsightApplications

Folks,
Sometime around January 6, the API of the VTK nightly build changed. This 
is causing errors in our InsightApplications. Could someone with a nightly 
VTK checkout, please fix InsightApplications so that it builds with the 
Nightly cvs and vtk 4.4 and earlier. It could just be a missing caused by 
the removal of an include file in VTK. Looks like 
vtkITK/Common/vtkITKArchetypeImageSeriesReader cannot find vtkDataArray.
