[Insight-developers] CMake settings for FFTW wrong

  With ITK 2.4.1 , the default search paths for FFTW include file don't 
match where
my system's fftw.h is.  When that happens , the ccmake interface doesn't 
provide a means of
specifying where it is.  The include file option is a boolean variable 
either on or off - there isn't a means of specifying the location, 
except for editing the CMakeCache.txt file by hand.  Perhaps it could 
allow the path to be entered instead ?
