[Insight-developers] Memory Leak in MetaImageIO

Luis, Karthik,

I just put a fix in Insight/Utilities/MetaIO/metaImage.cxx regarding a 
memory leak issue when reading compressed metaImages.
Luis, if you can merge the fix to the 3.1 branch that would be great.

Karthik, do we still have dynamic analysis working on one of the 
dashboards? I thought you did the rotating analysis at some point.
