[Insight-developers] ctest is blocked at "trigger site" step

Hi,

When submitting tests to the dashboard, ctest stay stucked at

    Trigger site:  
http://public.kitware.com/cgi-bin/Submit-Insight-TestingResults.cgi

and the dashboard entry is nearly empty.

Any advice about how to fix that is welcome
