[Insight-developers] explicit instantiation build fail in Release mode

Hi,

I have 2 tests configurations on the same computer, one in Release mode,  
and the other in Debug.
The Debug build is fine, but the Release build is failing with the  
following message:

[glehmann at marvin build-release]$ make
Linking CXX executable ../../../bin/itkNumericsHeaderTest
/home/glehmann/src/Insight/build-release/bin/libITKCommonExplicit.so:  
undefined reference to `itk::FixedArray<double, 4u>::FixedArray()'
/home/glehmann/src/Insight/build-release/bin/libITKCommonExplicit.so:  
undefined reference to `itk::FixedArray<float, 4u>::FixedArray()'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
