[Insight-developers] Functor/Function madness

It was just pointed out to me that a number of our Functor classes are mistakenly in the Function namespace and not in the Functor namespace.

This is confusing to the users, particularly those who are navigating the code with doxygen.

I am not sure that we can move the functors to the correct namespace and maintain backward compatibility. Any thoughts?
