The x86_64 source tree had some problem doing the checkout. Specifically
it reported the version of a file it was asking for was not available.
Four builds then failed due to the missing file.
The x86 builds went fine.
I replaced the source tree and it seems to have resolved the problem.

I am running ctest version 2.0.5.
It seems that ctest -D Nightly does a -dPA checkout, and that this is
not completely bullet proof.
I will switch to version 2.3 and see how that goes.

By the way, it seems itk.org just went off the air. I can't access the
web site, can't checkout via cvs.
