[Insight-developers] Uncovered Code

[Torsten Rohlfing]

While we're at it - I noticed that the doxygen configuration also does 
not define the USE_FFTW symbol, so all classes that require fftw are 
excluded from the documentation. Is that intended? I have to admit that 
I find it rather unpractical.
