[Insight-developers] ITK 2.4 RELEASE SCHEDULE: CVS Freezing Nov 12.

This is a reminder that following the Quarterly
release schedule of ITK:

The CVS repository will be frozen on November 12
in preparation for releasing ITK 2.4 on November 30.

The next two weeks (November 1st to November 11) are
therefore the time for adding new classes and algorithms
to the toolkit.

Please note that the official entry gate to ITK
is the Insight Journal,

http://www.insightsoftwareconsortium.org/InsightJournal/

Any class/algorithm that is a candidate for being included
in this upcoming release must have its corresponding paper
(+ source code, + data, + test ) in the Insight Journal.

Note that IJ papers are more like technical reports and
therefore have a simpler formatting. Your paper can be just
one page long, or 100 pages long.

In the following two weeks we will be selecting material
from the current papers in the IJ as candidate to be
included in the release ITK 2.4.
