[Insight-developers] NifTI IO Proposal

I forgot to bring this up on the last T-CON, and I would like to get 
started on this very soon. There is a new proposal on the oversight 
page: http://www.itk.org/Wiki/Proposals:Add_nifti_file_IO 

If there are no objections, we will work on starting the integration 
later this week.
