[Insight-developers] Image Orientation Proposal: Embedded Transforms

I've added details to Bill's orientation proposal regarding "using an 
ebmedded transform for registration."

Summary: If the image origin and orientation are stored as a 
matrix-offset transform within the image base class, then ITK's 
registration framework can be adapated to directly optimize this 
"embedded transform" during registration. This may reduce image 
registration time by up to 33%.
