[Insight-developers] Problem on windows with extra library

I found it. There was an extra "m" in the nifti TARGET_LINK_LIBRARIES.

Folks,

Windows platforms are reporting that the library m.lib is missing.  I 
search the CMakeLists.txt file to look for TARGET_LINK_LIBRARIES that are 
not guarding -lm with UNIX, but can't find one.

This just started happening today.
