Yes, we have frozen the repository. I thought we sent a message out on this.
Now that I look, I don't see a message. We agreed on last Friday as a cutoff
date a few weeks back. Sorry for the confusion.

I'll let Luis describe the process for getting changes into the release.

I have some changes to check into the Wrapping/CSwig directory, 
including some file adds, but I don't apparently have write access.

My CVS/Root file:

:pserver:kentwilliams at www.itk.org:/cvsroot/Insight

And my password is given in my .cvspass

So I think things are read-only for the moment. So if the access control 
person could contact me off list, I'd appreciate it.
