Hi Xiang,

ITK is currently compiled in 64-bits machines on
the Nightly Dashboard.

  http://public.kitware.com/dashboard.php?name=itk

Most of those machines are running Linux,
there are also some SGI machines:

The machines are:

   chiarugi.uiowa   Linux64-g++3.4-dbg
   chiarugi.uiowa   Linux64-g++3.4-opt
   kraepelin.uiowa  IRIX64-MPro-73-dbg
   kraepelin.uiowa  IRIX64-MPro-73-opt

   smyslov.bwh.harvard.edu  Linux-x86_64-debug-g++
   smyslov.bwh.harvard.edu  Linux-x86_64-release-g++
   smyslov.bwh.harvard.edu  Linux-x86_64-debug-icc-9.0
   smyslov.bwh.harvard.edu  Linux-x86_64-release-icc-9.0
   smyslov.bwh.harvard.edu  Linux-x86_64-releaseopt-icc-9.0

   prism.sci.utah.edu       Linux-sgi-ia64-gcc3.2
   muse.sci.utah.edu        IRIX64-CC-7.3

You may want to take at their results in the Dashboard

All of them have green builds,
but some have a couple of failing tests.

Regards,

    Luis
