Bill,

It seems that most of the issues in the Dashboard
have been sorted out.

The compilation errors in InsightApplications in
zion.kitware are due to an update of VTK. Since
Patented has been removed, this build needed to
clear a couple of VTK-CMAKE variables from the
cache.


This has been done now, and a new Nightly is on
its way to being submitted.


The only other issue is an out-of-memory error in
Dash14, a Cygwin build, it seems that you solve
this issue too.
