[Insight-developers] GDCMImageIO wrapper

Hi,

with last changes in dicom files, GDCMImageIO needs to be wrapped to avoid  
a wrapping gap, and dummy constructor and operator= are missing in  
itkDicomImageIO.h.
Can someone fix that in CVS ?
