[Insight-developers] ITK/CVS with GCC4.0 doesn't compile

I recently tried the GCC 4.0 branch and was able to build everything but 
wrapping (with a few modifications I committed to CVS).  Now that 4.0 
has been released we can look into getting the wrapping to work with it too.
