[Insight-developers] Comments on new itkMersenneTwisterRandomVariateGenerator

Hello all,
The newly added, and greatly anticipated,
itkMersenneTwisterRandomVariateGenerator is having a few problems:

1) Segfaults on 64bitLinux [and|or] gcc 3.4 (look like icc 8.1 too)
Probably a pointer overrun.  See chiarugi.­uiowa Linux64-g++-3.­4-dbg for
more details.

2)  Some of the e-mails in the header documentation have been obfuscated,
but there are several other e-mails in the functions giving reference to
those who have supplied patches or enhancements.  These should also be
properly mangled.

I am sorry that I won't have time to fix these items, only time to complain
about them ;)
