There is no CableSwig dashboard...it is used only to wrap ITK.  What do 
you mean by "hundreds" of files in the CableSwig directory?  No major 
changes have been there recently.  The only big wrapping change recently 
was to split Insight/Wrapping/CSwig/Common into CommonA and CommonB. 
Those changes worked on both Linux and Windows before I committed them. 
  I'll investigate the current failures.
