[Insight-developers] JPEG lib: 8/12/16 bits and lossless

Okay,

	I have been refactoring the code to be as simple as possible. It 
compiles fine now on:

- Linux / gcc
- Win32 / VC6
- HP-UX
- SunOS

	I'll start commiting the code sometime this week.
