[Insight-developers] BSplineInterpolateImageFunction, spline order

[Miller, James V (Research)]

The BSplineInterpolateImageFunction has a method SetSplineOrder.  I assume
that if I want to do cubic bspline interpolation, I would set the spline
order to 4 (order is usually degree plus one).  Is this correct?
