[Insight-developers] Windowed Sinc Image Interpolation

Paul,
Your test is crashing on a few platforms. Also, I believe it is giving
incorrect results on all platforms, but the test is returning as though
everything worked.

Luis,

I am not sure how to integrate the test code into the ITK testing 
framework. Can you give me a hand with that? I will check in the main 
code, and email you the test module and the test image.
