I manually made the change (changed all occurrences of the namespace 
vector to itkvector) and the compile has completed in the meanwhile.  It 
seems to be working.  Thanks Luis and Bill!

With regards to the dashboard: it sounds like a plan.  I just need to 
take some time off to set it up... (hopefully Real Soon Now(tm))
