[Insight-developers] CannySegmentationLevelSetImageFilterTest on VC++ 6.0

Hi,

The CannySegmentationLevelSetImageFilterTest is failing on VC++ 6.0 with
what looks like a 1 pixel difference. I'm comfortable solving this by
generating a second baseline image
Insight/Testing/Data/Baseline/Segmentation/CannySegmentationLevelSetImageFilterTest.1.png

I no longer have access to VC6.0.  Can someone using this compiler
generate this image for me and check it in?  All tests on all platforms
will then be completely green!
