Julien,
Will your Dashboard Watcher use a proxy server?
I downloaded the Dashboard Watcher but it doesn't display any dashboard
information. I am guessing that the Dashboard Watcher is trying to connect
directly to the appropriate URL via port 80. In our computer setup,
we need to communicate to a proxy server and proxy port to access
web pages that are outside our intranet.
If set the standard environment variables HTTP_PROXY and HTTP_PROXY_PORT,
will the Dashboard Watcher use them in configuring it HTTP connection?
Jim

Hi all,
We have written a small Windows application called 'Dashboard Watcher'.
This application continuously watches specified dashboards and reports
the number of errors, warnings and failed tests. A systray icon show the
current status of the dashboards.
Moreover when news files have been checked in the cvs repository and
reported in the continuous build on the dashboard, a small message box
scroll up on your desktop to show the names of the files and the authors
(so you can keep an eye on the current modifications).
Dashboard Watcher is also easily extendable via configuration files.
More information and downloads are available at:

any comments and suggestions are welcome,
Julien and Matthieu
