Hi,

I wouldn't suppose we could add a GetVnlVector function to itkVector.h 
so that it parallels the GetVnlMatrix call in itkMatrix.h.   We can keep 
the existing Get_vnl_vector member function, but perhaps comment that 
Get_vnl_vector will be depreciated in the next release?
