[Insight-developers] bug report automatically assigned?

I just filed a new bug in the bug tracking system:

And right after I submitted it was already assigned to Lydia Ng.  Is
this expected behaviour, or are you guys fixing bugs at the speed of
light these days?

BTW, it's another one of my favourite "You can't disconnect ITK/VTK
classes"-bugs. :)
