[Insight-developers] Transitioning Bug Tracking ...

Dear ITK Developers,

Starting Tuesday next week I will start transition the bugs from GNATS
to the new PHP system.
All developers will existing bugs will have accounts automatically
created for them - please change the password from default.

I was thinking about dividing the bugs into the following categories:
Source, Documentation, Build, Release and Process
And moving consortium related bugs to a separate database.

Comments? Suggestions?

Also, *please help out with the transition by clearing out old bugs*
