[Insight-developers] missing #includes in itkImageSeriesWriter.txx

FYI: It seems that itkImageSeriesWriter is missing two #include of
itkImageRegionConstIterator.h and itkImageRegionIterator.h.

I don't know if this might warrant a patch to 1.4 or not?
