[Insight-developers] Two implementations of STL hash_map?

The stdlib stuff is deprecated. We used it early on to get around some sgi
problems. I think we're going to get rid of it.

It seems that we have two versions of hash_map (and hash_set):
Insight/Code/Common/itk_hash_map.h
Insight/Utilities/stdlib/stl_hash_map.h
They are both descendents of the SGI STL hash_map.
Is this a good thing? If I want to use one of them, which one should I
use?
