[Insight-developers] building using bcc55

This is a bug in the make that comes with Borland.
The only fix is to put the source code in a shorter path.
Try putting the source in:

c:/ITK1.2
and build in
C:/ITK1.2_build

It can be longer, the following worked for me:

C:/Hoffman/itk
C:/Hoffman/itkbuild

But the following gave me the same error:
C:/Hoffman/itk1.2/InsightToolkit-1.2.0
C:/Hoffman/itk1.2/build
