This test is being run across several different datatypes to ensure that the
registration code works independent of pixel type.  Already, the code only
does a small image, and in 2D.  Unless we drop some of the datatypes, I
doubt if it will get that much faster.

There is some progress being made in the run time of tests for ITK.
Thanks to those that have helped.   However, I think we still have
a way to go before things are good.  It still takes 11 minutes to run
all of the tests.    Which is not bad, but the following few tests,
take up more than half of that time:
