While building ITK with Borland command line compiler 5.5, I get the
following error:

** error 1 ** deleting D:\InsightBinBorland\bin\itkBasicFiltersTests.exe

Has anyone encountered this before? It kind of looks like a system
error....maybe a secret CMake setting can fix it?
