[Insight-developers] Dashboard status

Folks,
	Bill Hoffman has done a great job moving us to the new version of
vnl. The transition was fairly smooth. We still have a few SGI related
issues. We've been having some trouble determining if all platforms are OK
because of other checkins that are breaking the builds.

We'd like to wrap up this transition. To that end, we want to see a "green"
dashboard for at least one day.

Please hold off new additions until we reach this objective. Bug fixes are
fine.
