I have been trying to commit a fix for about 1/2 hour now, but it seems 
that the CVS server is down.

cvs -z3 commit -m"FIX: Missed a change during renaming of #defines." 
itkGEAdwImageIO.cxx

cvs [commit aborted]: connect to www.itk.org(24.97.130.19):2401 failed: 
Connection timed out
