I was fooling around with some of the registration metrics (in particular, for single modality registration) and have a couple of questions:

(1)  For Normalized Correlation, I noticed there is some inconsistency.  In the code, the result of the metric is multiplied by -1 which makes the it a minimize function, but the software guide doesn't multiply by -1
