[Insight-developers] POSIX threads and Solaris threads

Is there a CMake variable in ITK to indicate mixed Solaris/POSIX threads
(versus straight POSIX)?  If not, can we add one?  Looks like I need a
slightly different syntax on Solaris for the implementation of Semaphores.
