[Insight-developers] Testing Instructions slightly broken

I wanted to set up and run experimental builds (and maybe add a nightly b=
uild)=20
and went to http://www . itk . org/HTMLPrivate/InsightTestingStart . html for=20
instructions.  Unfortunately, that file seems to be out of date with resp=
ect=20
to current testing practices.

I eventually figured out what was needed (give Cmake a path to Dart, use=20
Makefile commands mentioned in InsightTestingStart.html), but maybe the H=
TML=20
file needs refreshing ...
