[Insight-developers] size/format of baseline images for regression testing

Hi,

I am setting up regression testing for a new filter. I'd like to use 
a floating point image as output.  This means .png is not an option and 
file size is potentially larger.  

What is a reasonable limit for file sizes in the baseline directory? 

Also need to include a .png color image in the Testing/Data/Inputs 
directory.  I propose using the  VisibleWomanEyeSlice.png file from 
Examples/Data.
