[Insight-developers] cvs problem

Hi,

I'm getting the following error from CVS when I try to do 'cvs diff' from 
my Insight checkout:

cvs server: failed to create lock directory for 
`/insight/cvsroot/Insight/Auxiliary/VtkFltk' 
(/usr/local/cvslocks/Insight/Auxiliary/VtkFltk/#cvs.lock): Permission denied
cvs server: failed to obtain dir lock in repository `/insight/cvsroot/Insight/Auxiliary/VtkFltk'
cvs [server aborted]: read lock failed - giving up


I seem to remember something on the list about this before but don't 
remember the solution.
