Build Testers,

I am testing the SGI compiler to determine the minimum set of
requirements to get the code to compile and run without segmentation faults.

1)
When -DITK_USE_SYSTEM_STDLIB:BOOL=ON, -DCMAKE_USE_PTHREADS:BOOL=ON, the
code compiles, but the executables seg fault when std::cout is called.

2)
-DITK_USE_SYSTEM_STDLIB:BOOL=ON, -DCMAKE_USE_PTHREADS:BOOL=OFF
The code will not compile because, and errors like the following are
produced:

ld32: ERROR   33 : Unresolved text symbol
"itk::MultiThreader::SetSingleMethod(void (*)(void*),void*)" -- 1st
referenced by itkSubsampleTest.o.
	Use linker option -v to see when and which objects, archives and dsos
are loaded.
ld32: INFO 152: Output file removed because of error.

I hope this helps track down the minimum requirements for using the SGI
compiler for building the InsightToolkit.

Regards,
Hans
